On the afternoon of Sep. 14, 2020, LHEEC and Panjin Water Supply Group Co., Ltd. (Panjin Water Supply) held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony in the conference room on the third floor of LHEEC. Geng Xinyi, President and Party Secretary of Panjin Water Supply, and Li Guihe, Vice President of LHEEC signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of the two parties respectively. Zhao Haishan, Director of Administration Department and another two persons from Panjin Water Supply, Hong Hai, General Manager of LHEEC, Gao Qingde and Yang Song, Vice General Managers of LHEEC, and Gao Changwei, Manager of Liaohe Sales Department of LHEEC also attended the signing ceremony.
Before the signing ceremony, both parties had an in-depth exchange of views. President Geng Xinyi made a brief introduction to Panjin Water Supply, which is a large state-owned enterprise under the direct administration of Panjin City with the main business scope covering water production, water supply, drainage, sewage treatment, water project design and construction, water resource development and utilization, water environment treatment and other water industry fields.
Vice President Li Guihe made a brief introduction to LHEEC, which is a leading enterprise engaged in the environmental protection of oil and gas fields in China providing the whole-process services of consultation, engineering, equipment manufacturing, EPC and operation for water and solid waste treatment, oily sludge treatment, and soil remediation for petroleum and refining industries, as well as village and town water treatment for beautiful new countryside construction.
Both parties believe that under the preconditions of fighting the virus on an ongoing basis, and ensuring stability on six fronts while maintaining security in six areas, we should fully understand and practice General Secretary Xi's concept of "Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets". In respect of long-term strategic development, both parties should work with each other to give full play to their strength, and integrate their resources. Cooperation between the two parties should focus on such areas as municipal sewage, rural domestic sewage, and rural toilet upgrading. With Panjin as the base, the services of the two enterprises should expand throughout Liaoning, even the whole country, making contributions to the development of Panjin's water-related cause.
