Our History

2018
In 2018, the company takes the lead in launching mobile skid-type oily sludge treatment mode, which has been applied in Liaohe Oilfield.
2016
In 2016, the company participated in beautiful village construction and municipal sewage PPP project.
2015
In 2015, the treated produced water by the company reached the national stipulated sewage discharge standard; oilfield operation wastewater treatment technology and oilfield fallen mud treatment technology & drilling cuttings treatment has been applied in Changqing Oilfield and other major oilfields.
2013
In 2013, the company built the first professional sludge harmless treatment station in PetroChina Changqing Oilfield by adopting the company's proprietary intellectual property patent technology-indirect thermal desorption technology.
2012
In 2012, the company concluded and signed strategic cooperation agreement with Road & Bridge Co., Ltd. of Chinese hydropower construction group and American Tetra Tech Company to joint develops domestic environmental business area.
In 2012, the company concluded and signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China HQCEC to joint develop overseas oil and gas field environmental protection market.
In 2012, the company was regarded as the “high and new tech enterprise”.
In 2012, the company was regarded as the “first batch of industry-study-research cooperation demonstration base of Liaoning province” by the Technology Gallery of Liaoning.
2011
In 2011, Daqing oilfield north Wulian and north Liulian high poly sewage treatment contract was concluded. The “Tank○R→flotation → filter technique” of the company offer new technique route for high poly sewage treatment.
In 2011, CNOOC JZ9-3 platform poly sewage treatment scientific research project was successfully passed the patent examination.
In 2011, Shengli oilfield ocean oil production plant Haisanlian expansion project was completed and put into operation.
In 2011, the company concluded and signed the municipal sludge resurces treatment technology cooperation construct with Korean Greenpula Company.
In 2011, the company was awarded the “2011 top ten blue water environmental protection vanguard of private enterprises of China” by CSPGP.
In 2011, the company awarded the first batch of members of China industrial energy saving and clean production association.
2010
In 2010, the company passed the “Occupation health safety management system approval” and “Petrochian health safety management system approval”.
In 2010, the “low permeability oilfield fine injection project” was list “torch plan project” of Ministry of Science and Technology.
In 2010, Shenhua Erdos coal oil project sewage recycle project put into operation.
2009
In 2009, Shengli oilfield islet oil production plant Gusi sewage deep treatment test engineering was succed.
In 2009, Xinjiang oilfield Wind city extra-heavy oil multi-purpose sewage treatment project was completed and put into operation.
In 2009, Benxi steel group – hot rolling direct cooling water flow pool “flotation” renovation project was succeed.
2008
In 2008, the first domestic poly water recycle engineering – Shengli oilfield Guliulian poly water recycle engineering was completed and put into operation.
In 2008, the fist Sinopec oilfield produced water BOT project – Shengli oilfield islet oil production plant Gusan sewage station modification work was completed and put into operation.
In 2008, the “thickened oil sewage cyclic utilization technology and application” project won the “second class prize for 2008 annual national science and technology progress”.
In 2008, took the overall contract of Liaohe petrochemical plant 20000m3/d super heavy oil refining sewage pre-treatment equipment.
2007
In 2007, the first Sinopec oilfield produced water BOT project – cold sewage treatment project was completed and it was the sewage demonstration project got financial support from NDRC.
In 2007, the company was regarded as the “Liaoning provincial level engineering and technological research center” by the technology gallery of Liaoning.
In 2007, the company got the “environmental engineering (water pollution control engineering) special project A level engineering plan certificate” issued by the national Ministry of Construction.
In 2007, Shandong Waffer petroleum environmental protection Technology Company limited was registered and established.
2006
In 2006, the company got the “qualification certificate for the operation of industrial wastewater A level environmental pollution treatment equipment” issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection.
In 2006, the company got the B grade certificate for engineering design issued by the Ministry of Construction of PRC.
In 2006, the first oildfield produced water BOT engineering in China – Liaohe oilfield cold household sewage treatment plant was completed and put into operation and awarded the demonstration project issued by the NDPC.
In 2006, “extracted oil injection increase station over clock vibrating membrane system improvement project” was awarded the “demonstration project of national key environmental protection operative technology” by the Chinese environmental protection industry association.
2005
In 2005, Panjin Haitai Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. was registered and established.
In 2005, the first offshore platform for sewage treatment project – CNOOC QK181 platform sewage treatment project was completed and put into operation.
2004
In 2004, the company got the first refining and chemical wastewater treatment project – Sinopec LEPC PTA and oil refining sewage treatment project.
2003
In 2003, the company and Canada Andmir environmental protection group joint invest and established Liaoning Waffer – Andmir environmental protection equipment Co., Ltd.
in 2003, the company was awarded the “2003 annual China environmental protection industry key enterprise” by China environmental protection industry association. In 2004, the first low permeate oil layer recycle demonstration project inside China oilfield – Liaohe oilfield Huan7 station low hyposmosis water injection project was completed and put into operation, the technology was initiated in China and was in the lead internationally.
2002
In 2002, the first produced water recycle boiler engineering of China oilfield – Liaohe oilfield Huansanlian wastewater treatment engineering was completed and put into operation and it was the important project of PetroChina 15.
In 2002, the first electric power plant reuse of recycled water project – Zhejiang Zheneng Changxing electricity generating Co., Ltd. 60000m3/d recycled water reused project. In 2002, the company got the “third grade qualification certificate of special contract of environmental protection project” issued by the department of construction of Liaoning province.
2001
In 2001, Liaohe oilfield Huan3Lian 20000m3/d sewage reuse project was awarded as the major project and excellent engineering of PetroChina “15”, and the demonstration project of Ministry of Environmental Protection.
2000
In 2000, thickened oil sewage deep treatment and equipment won the national level torch plan project certificate issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology.
1999
In 1999, the first effective recycle engineering of Chinese oilfield – Liaohe oilfield cold41 sewage station project was completed and put into operation.
1998
Established in December 1998.
